Decentralized Contract Engineer

We are seeking a Decentralized Contract Engineer for one of our clients, starting in July 2025.Qualifications & Experience: Business School or equivalent experience At least 5 years in a similar or equivalent role Expertise in Project HR processes and TAS contract languages; fluency in English is required, French and/or Arabic is a plus Responsibilities: The TAS Decentralized Contract Engineer will operate within the PCM / HR service, primarily responsible for launching the CFT for TAS contract services, managing TAS contracts, and supporting the HR lead.The role includes mobilizing TAS contract personnel based on the Manpower Plan, updating it with input from managers, and following TEEPRH C&P procedures.Key activities include: Preparing documents for RFPs during the PRE-LAUNCH phase Issuing Project RFPs to qualified TAS Contractors during the LAUNCH phase Classifying proposals received in the COLLECT phase Evaluating technical proposals with the CPY representative during the EVALUATION phase Performing commercial evaluations and clarifications as needed Preparing RTA documentation for contract awards Closing RFPs and archiving documents during the AWARD phase Communicating with involved parties regarding mobilization and contract issues Maintaining KPI and TAS dashboards for HR management Managing documentation related to contract extensions and amendments Ensuring best contracting practices through liaison with TEEPRH C&P affiliate Following due diligence procedures If interested, kindly apply!Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates #J-18808-Ljbffr
