Diploma(Mechanical), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical), Master of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.Develop and write CNC programs for lathes, mills, and other CNC machines using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Solid CAM, Fusion 360).Select and set up appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine parameters.Simulate and test programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency before production.Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production staff to refine designs and improve processes.Monitor and troubleshoot CNC programs to resolve machining issues or improve cycle time and part quality.Maintain documentation for programs, tooling setup, and quality checks.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all phases of production.Train and support machine operators as needed.Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field (preferred).5+years of experience in CNC programming of milling machines and turning machines Requires time served on programming 5 Axis machines (MAZAK) Turn mill (DMG Mori).Requires time served on programming / setting operating Multi Axis CNC lathes.Strong background in programming complex 5 Axis details in hard and soft metals.Experience of working multiple machines like VMC, Turn mill Turning Centre.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes Good Knowledge of Engineering drawing reading Knowledge of latest Tooling and its cutting parameters Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other engineers Awareness of ISO standards like QMS, EMS, EHSShould be able to work in different shift Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
