Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon

Our company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our thriving practice. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and surgically treating a wide range of conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial region. This includes performing complex surgeries such as dental implants, corrective jaw surgeries, facial trauma repairs, and treatment of oral pathologies.We pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care, and as a member of our team, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and assessments to establish diagnoses.Develop individualized treatment plans that may include surgical, nonsurgical, and therapeutic options.Perform a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients to ensure smooth recovery.Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including general dentists and orthodontists, for integrated patient care.Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options and expected outcomes.Stay current with advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery practices.D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school.Successful completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.Current board certification and a valid state dental license.A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery.Demonstrated proficiency in performing complex surgical procedures.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction.Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and enhancing surgical techniques.Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
