QUANTITY SURVEYOR - CIVIL
Description
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs based on drawings, specifications, and site measurements.Evaluate, prepare, and negotiate variations and change orders in coordination with the project team.Prepare and certify subcontractor payments, monitor work progress, and verify site measurements.Support the preparation of interim valuations, final accounts, and cost-related documentation.Assist in contract administration, ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines.Maintain up-to-date records of all contractual and financial correspondence.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to track cost-related activities.Support in preparing and submitting cost-related reports to management and clients.Ensure compliance with company procedures, project specifications, and relevant UAE/GCC regulations.Key Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction projects within the UAE/GCC.Hands-on experience in infrastructure, buildings, or mixed-use projects in the region.Proven expertise in quantity take-offs, variation analysis, and subcontractor payments.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Auto CAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., CCS Candy, Cubit, or similar).Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred) and cost control processes.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Must be locally available and ready to join immediately.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
