Plant Room Operator
Description
Responsibilities: Monitoring and overseeing plant operations.Assisting with start-up, shutdown, and operations of facility equipment.Identifying problems that arise and resolving them.Ensuring that safety and environmental rules and programs are strictly adhered to.Observing gauges, dials, switches, alarms, and other indicators to ensure that all machines are working properly.Maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.Inspecting jobs upon completion and ensuring areas are clean.Ensuring that equipment is in safe operating condition.Correcting unsafe conditions in the work area and reporting any conditions that are not correctable to the supervisor immediately.Performing other duties as assigned by Engineering Supervisor.Following company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.Using proper equipment, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, and using correct lifting procedures as necessary to avoid injury.Ensuring uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets.Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience in a Hotel.Ability to work efficiently and meticulously to achieve high-quality results.Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for imperfections.Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 months Experience: Plant Room Operator: 2 years (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
