HR & Admin Assistant
Description
· Answering phone calls and handling the company’s emails.· Preparing quotations and handling sales orders and LPO.· Supporting the sales team with specification documentation.· Handling the company’s professional certifications and renewal processes.· In charge of office supplies purchase.· Assisting in some HR functions like: EID and labor cards issuing and renewals, EOSS calculation, cash advancement, and payroll. Preparing HR letters.Requirements· Available in Dubai; preference will be given to those available to join immediately.· English is a must; Arabic is a plus.· BA in Engineering, Business, Management, or a similar field.· Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience; preference for candidates who have experience in the wood industry.· Good communication and organizational skills.· Teamwork and strong prioritization skills.Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
