Position Overview Ensure the fleet achieves ECFT & Departmental Key Performance Indicators by referring to quality targets and work instructions. Regularly report fleet statistics to the Deputy Manager.Be accountable for an allocated fleet of simulators, ensuring all open DRs are closed promptly. Arrange regular meetings with chief instructors of the fleet to review inputs and provide feedback. Attend Voice of Customer meetings as required, and report on fleet-related issues.Participate in annual authorities' recurrent evaluations, manage raised issues, and ensure they are resolved within the set time limits. Follow up on authority reports.Ensure all maintenance records across the fleet are current. Participate in internal and external audits.
