We are seeking a Deputy Chief Procurement Officer to lead and optimize procurement strategies for large-scale real estate and construction projects. This leadership position requires expertise in procurement packages, a solid understanding of government workflows, and a background in Real Estate. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and refine procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Manage procurement packages, ensuring they align with project timelines and budgets. Lead sourcing and contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ESG principles. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline procurement processes. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and workflows. Lead procurement planning, negotiations, and contract management for large-scale real estate projects. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. CIPS certification (or equivalent) is advantageous. Minimum of 12 years of procurement experience in real estate and construction sectors. Extensive experience working with UAE-based developers is essential. Strong negotiation, leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in managing and developing procurement teams. Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and industry best practices.
