Learning Support Assistant

We're looking for a highly skilled LSA who can support within the classroom setting. Implement ABA interventions developed by the BCBA to change unwanted behaviors and increase positive behaviors.Requirements: Working with children with developmental disabilities for at least 1 year Experience in managing behaviors and implementing behavioral protocols Educational background in Special Needs Education Experience working with children in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Developed empathy and understanding of child's needs Experience in taking data Must be familiar with ABAArabic preferred but not a must Able to communicate professionally with parents Presentable and professional* Candidates with experience in ABA will be a plus.* Prefer candidates applying for this position having their own Residence Visa (father's/spouse's/freelance visa). #J-18808-Ljbffr
