Carpentry Coordinator

We, Paramount International Contracting Company, are looking for a Carpentry Coordinator (Joinery) who has at least 5 years of experience in UAE in the same position.RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and specifications.Analyze construction plans, blueprints, and other project documentation to identify carpentry components and scope of work.Conduct on-site visits and assessments to gather relevant information for accurate cost estimation.Quantify and calculate materials, labor, and equipment required for carpentry projects, considering project specifications, industry standards, and supplier quotes.Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and availability of materials and services.Prepare detailed cost estimates, including material quantities, labor hours, equipment costs, and subcontractor expenses.Prepare and present cost estimates to clients, ensuring clear and professional communication of pricing details and assumptions.If you meet the qualifications we are looking for, please upload your CV here in our Indeed account.
