Occupational Therapist

A well-respected and long-established organization in the UAE is looking for an Occupational Therapist, available for Full Time, Part Time, Freelance, or Contract positions.Occupational Therapists are healthcare professionals who help individuals improve their ability to perform daily activities. They assess clients' physical, mental, and emotional abilities, develop treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress.Responsibilities include the following: Evaluating clients' functional abilities, strengths, and limitations.Developing personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.Providing therapeutic interventions to improve clients' physical and cognitive abilities.Teaching clients adaptive techniques and equipment use.Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.Evaluating and modifying treatment plans based on clients' progress.Documenting and reporting clients' progress and treatment outcomes.Educating clients and their families on adaptive strategies and resources.Participating in discharge planning and transition to home or community settings.Staying updated with advancements in occupational therapy research and techniques.Requirements: Preferably a Master's degree in occupational therapy / Preferably Bi-Lingual.Valid state license as an occupational therapist.Certification from a recognized occupational therapy organization.Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques. #J-18808-Ljbffr
