Job Summary: This role is responsible for performing a range of instrumentation and controls equipment maintenance for the HVAC and maintenance systems throughout the facility as well as the repair and maintenance of the BMS network.Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure preventive and reactive maintenance tasks are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and correctly recorded.Maintaining existing building management systems by fixing errors, running tests and updating software.Repairing a range of equipment and machinery involved in BMS.Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building management system.Assessment of the condition of the BMS and its network Formulating and controlling future repair programs with allocated budgets, whilst negotiating at a management level with suppliers and external contractors and other relevant organization Ensure that the standard of workmanship is maintained throughout the properties to comply with the Five Star rating of Service.Meet with Contractors for any maintenance or repairing works.Coordinate, monitor, and check contractors work development.Coordinate with other departments pertaining to Engineering works that may affect their operation #J-18808-Ljbffr
