We are seeking a Downhole Tool Coordinator to oversee tool deployment and performance during simultaneous and wellbore cleanout operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication between drilling teams and service providers, while maintaining compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities Purpose The Downhole Tool Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of downhole tool operations, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and safety during simultaneous and wellbore cleanout jobs. This role serves as the central point of coordination between drilling engineers, field teams, and service providers, ensuring proper tool selection, preparation, and deployment that meet operational requirements. By overseeing tool performance, inventory readiness, third-party inspections, and technical troubleshooting, the coordinator plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence. Additionally, the position fosters strong client relationships through proactive communication, site visits, and consistent post-job reporting while upholding strict adherence to HSE and company standards.Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities Coordinate and oversee all activities related to downhole tool operations during simultaneous jobs.Ensure proper selection, preparation, and deployment of downhole tools, particularly for wellbore cleanout operations.Collaborate with drilling engineers, field supervisors, and service providers to ensure tools meet job specifications and performance expectations.Monitor tool performance and provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.Monitor third-party inspections and maintain tools history.Maintain inventory and ensure readiness of downhole tools for upcoming operations.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and prompt resolution of issues.Generate and review job reports, post-job analysis, and lessons learned.Ensure compliance with HSE policies, company standards, and regulatory requirements.Schedule and participate in site visits along with the client representative.Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or equivalent Technical Qualification: In-depth knowledge of downhole tools and wellbore cleanout tools Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic drilling environment Willingness to travel to field locations as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
