The ecosystem includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.What you'll do: Join a dynamic team responsible for managing site security operations, including surveillance, access control, investigations, and compliance audits, ensuring adherence to SLAs and stakeholder coordination. The role requires excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, build relationships, and promote supply chain processes.Understand, align with, and articulate the vision and values of the S&LP department and business. Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts.Manage physical security through guarding services and electronic surveillance devices.Handle CCTV requests via JIRA, ensuring SLA compliance.Complete badge requests within SLA, managing access approvals.Escalate critical incidents to relevant business partners.Build relationships within the team and with stakeholders to drive security initiatives and improvements.Conduct loss investigations, identify root causes, and develop reports and action plans.Interview policy violation cases, including theft, and report findings.Utilize surveillance resources for loss analysis and investigations.Maintain access controls and security tools.Coordinate with government agencies and law enforcement for security matters.What you’ll need?Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or related fields.Strong experience in decision support and strategic initiatives.Excellent analytical and business acumen skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to develop project plans and ensure stakeholder compliance.Experience working in multicultural environments.SIRA certification.Who will excel?High standards and a strong work ethic.Resourcefulness and proactive action orientation.Creativity and originality.Adaptability and willingness to learn. #J-18808-Ljbffr
