Occuptional Therapist

Al Reem Group seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and enhance their ability to perform daily tasks. This role requires analytical skills, a patient-centered approach, and teamwork with healthcare professionals.Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' physical, psychological, and environmental needs.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.Assist patients with therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.Educate patients and families on care and exercises.Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.Document progress and ensure regulatory compliance.Provide emotional support and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Qualifications: DOH eligibility or active Occupational Therapy license (mandatory).Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.Minimum 2 years experience in a hospital/rehabilitation setting.Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and adaptive equipment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in electronic medical records.Knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare regulations.Immediate availability is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
