CAFM Coordinator
Description
The CAFM Coordinator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) system, including providing user training and developing related documentation.Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall administration of the CAFM system.Generate reports and ensure their accurate distribution to requestors.Assist in training help desk operators and other system users.Manage the creation and unlocking of CAFM user accounts.Maintain accurate records of CAFM license subscriptions and ensure proper documentation of licenses issued to end users.Report system issues to the vendor or relevant IT department for resolution.Coordinate system updates or functional changes with the help desk and end users.Execute asset coding in line with ENGIE’s standard asset attributes.Assist the Operations Team in developing a balanced PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) plan using standards such as SFG20, ASHRAE, NFPA, OEM, or client-specific guidelines.Perform general data processing and uploads into the CAFM system.Issue PPM work orders to operations teams and subcontractors.Report system anomalies or malfunctions immediately to line managers.Support the installation of mobile apps and MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions.Document, implement, and enforce user compliance with CAFM policies.Design CAFM training modules and develop training plans for users.Liaise with the CAFM provider and clients, ensuring smooth systems integration and progress monitoring.Support FSI Go deployment and task activity design.Assist in developing reports using tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Excel.Support the management of ENGIE’s Contact Center.Skills Required Strong multitasking abilities and exceptional attention to detail.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven skills relevant to CAFM system management and support.Ability to delegate tasks effectively and supervise others.Qualifications Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.Other Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, Share Point, Power Point, Project, and Outlook.Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in IT and systems operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
