Medical Receptionist

Only serious applicants ready to join right away will be considered.Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Answer incoming calls and provide answers to clients/patients' routine inquiries.Assist clients/patients with booking appointments.Prepare invoices and claim forms, and handle payments.Handle client/patient feedback and concerns, escalating to the appropriate party as needed.Maintain client/patient information by updating the data entry system and filing documents.Organize doctors’ and instructors’ schedules on a daily basis.Update the weekly class schedule on the data entry system.Monitor the availability of office supplies.Assist clients/patients with the Body Composition Analysis machine.Assist clients/patients with the infrared sauna.Receive payments from clients/patients, print credit card reports, and close petty cash at the end of the day.Ensure patients are not waiting too long without being updated and expectations are set.Address client complaints and resolve them before escalating to the owner.Check the website for functionality and spot any important changes and updates.Ensure the desk is organized, clean, and dust-free.Reply to every email, Whats App, Instagram, and Google messages requests from the website in a timely manner.Repost Instagram posts.For more information about us, please visit our website thehundred.ae.
