Building Maintenance System and Sustainability Supervisor As a Sustainability Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of building systems while promoting and implementing sustainability practices. This role bridges operational excellence with eco-friendly strategies to maintain a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible facility.Key Accountabilities: Building Maintenance System Management Sustainability Implementation BMS Operations across all Properties Supporting our Force for Good Sustainability Program Ensuring properties and utilities are operated efficiently and optimally Providing support (remote and onsite) for HVAC systems and heavy equipment Supporting maintenance strategies aligned with overall vision and objectives Collaborating with all company functions to ensure policy and legal compliance Ensuring external contractors adhere to safety and brand standards Driving energy conservation and utility management while maintaining customer service quality Developing initiatives for energy efficiency and improvements Leading, coaching, and developing the team to foster engagement and align with core values Requirements: Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or related field Energy management, HVAC, or sustainability certifications (e.g., CEM, LEED AP) are a plus Experience: 3+ years in BMS management, HVAC support, or sustainability roles Hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)Proven sustainability initiatives implementation Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems Proficiency in utility data analysis and energy-saving measures Excellent project management and organizational skills Effective communication with teams, contractors, and stakeholders Familiarity with green building standards and regulations UAE driving license is mandatory Company Industry: Hotels, Hospitality Department / Functional Area: Building Maintenance & Sustainability Keywords: Building Maintenance System and Sustainability Supervisor Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
