Warehouse Officer

Title: Warehouse Officer Location: Warehouse (Dubai)Contract: Permanent, Full Time Reporting To: Warehouse Team Lead Role Brief: The post holder will be responsible for warehouse and logistics operations. The scope of the role will include coordination of thedaily warehousing activities.The responsibilities would include but not limited to: · Coordinating closely with the sales, finance and logistics departments to ensure timely order processing.· End to end fulfillment of the Sales orders in terms of Planning, scheduling, Processing, Loading and Monitoring.· Managing Loading of delivery vehicles and ensuing cost-effective transportation of goods.· Coordinating for claim collection· Inventory management including control and documentation of goods movement, stock audit, serial number tracking, batch and quality control· Managing the fleet of inhouse vehicles and network of third-party transporters.· Managing the Customer relationship and ensuring deliveries with 100 % customer satisfaction.· Managing unprocessed, partially processed orders and sales return.· Coordinate Export deliveries ( MAKASA Process) with the Logistics team· Updating and maintaining MIS on specified Management software.· Process and performance improvement of the warehouse· Supporting the implementation of operating procedures, environmental standards, and safety practices and the warehouses.· Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.Desired Profile: Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in Operations/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management.Minimum 04 years' experience in professional logistics and warehouse management.Proven capability of team working in dynamic environments.Knowledge of stock take and Warehouse Management System Strong verbal and written communication skills.ICT aptitude and proficiency.Excellent Problem-Solving Skills Fluency in multiple languages (preferable).UAE Driving license.Benefits: Competitive Salary Package Family visa.Family medical insurance (UAE resident only).Personal life and accident insurance.Annual air tickets.Special paid leave (e.g. paternity, family illness, grievance). #J-18808-Ljbffr
