You can earn up to 513,732 AED (USD 138,318) tax-free per year based on 75 hours of flying per month. Salary increments are based on performance, and additional benefits include: - Education allowance of AED 40,000 for primary and AED 55,000 for secondary education, for up to 3 children- 42 days of annual leave- Industry-leading staff travel benefits and access to Etihad’s exclusive i Save discount- Accidental and life insurance coverage The role Conduct flights in accordance with the current flight plan, SOPs, and Captain's instructions, notifying the Captain of any changes to the flight plan, ATC, or geographical position upon their return.Assist the Captain with administrative duties related to the flight as requested.Ensure the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining continuous and independent checks on geographical position, terrain, and weather conditions.Maintain high standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Etihad Airways at all times.What you’ll bring To be considered, you must meet the following criteria: - Minimum of 2500 hours total flying time- Minimum of 1500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit, or high-performance military jets- 500 hours on one of the A320 Family aircraft- Recent experience flying any Airbus FBW within the last 12 months- Valid type rating on A320 valid for at least 2 months at the time of joining- Current and unrestricted ICAO ATPL (Frozen ATPL not accepted unless held by a UAE citizen)- Current on A320 aircraft- Maximum age limit of 50 years- English language fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or higher- Hours accumulated on flights with inflight relief count at 75%(1) Glass Cockpit: aircraft with FMS coupled to APFDs Etihad Airways, the UAE’s national airline, was established in 2003 and has become a leading global airline.
