Motorcycle Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge and hands-on experience working with Chinese brand motorcycles. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Diagnosis and Repair: Perform thorough diagnostic assessments on Chinese brand motorcycles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.Carry out repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other critical components.Conduct regular maintenance services, including oil changes, tire replacements, and brake inspections.Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications.Test ride motorcycles post-repair to ensure issues are fully resolved and the bike is safe to operate.Parts Management: Order and replace faulty parts with genuine or compatible alternatives.Maintain inventory of parts and tools required for repairs.Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, repairs needed, and estimated costs.Provide professional advice on motorcycle care and maintenance.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer information.Complete service reports and update customer profiles as needed.Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of motorcycle mechanics, including engine systems, electrical systems, and diagnostics tools.Familiarity with the specific technical requirements and common issues associated with Chinese brand motorcycles.Certifications: Relevant technical certifications or diplomas in motorcycle repair or mechanical engineering.Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is a plus.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment.Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
