Seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Solution Architect with a strong background in banking and financial technology. The resource will work across multiple digital transformation projects and strategic initiatives aligned with EDB’s roadmap for innovation and compliance. Location Remote

Hybrid – partially on-site in Abu Dhabi / Dubai Experience 10+ years with 5+ years as Solution Architect in banking sector. Job Description Seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Solution Architect with a strong background in banking and financial technology. The resource will work across multiple digital transformation projects and strategic initiatives aligned with EDB’s roadmap for innovation and compliance. Mandatory Skills Design and review end-to-end technology solutions for digital banking, compliance, and core banking modernization. Work closely with project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams across departments. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant technical architectures. Support RFP evaluations, technical assessments, and vendor solution reviews. Ensure alignment with EDB’s enterprise architecture, data governance, and regulatory obligations. Desired Skills Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect in the banking sector. Proven experience with digital banking platforms, core banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle), and integrations via APIs/middleware. Certifications: TOGAF or equivalent architecture frameworks preferred. AWS/Azure certifications are a plus. Strong understanding of microservices, Dev Sec Ops, cloud adoption strategies, and data privacy/regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, UAE AML/CFT).
