At Waagner Biro, we are committed to achieving the extraordinary in every project.Responsibilities Handle administrative works of the project.Maintain logs and folders of all project-related documents.Manage daily reports.Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for the projects.Manage project vehicles (record vehicle documents, fine details, and GRN).Arrange materials and equipment.Handle Project LPO (Xpedeon Works).Handle petty cash.Manage outgoing and incoming letters from/to clients and subcontractors.What do we need from you Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical).0 - 2 years of experience.What's in it for you?Must be a UAE National with Family Book. #J-18808-Ljbffr
