The Media Sales Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by building and expanding our client base in Abu Dhabi. Role Requirements Proactively identify and engage with potential and current clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship and ensuring high satisfaction. Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and customized proposals, highlighting the unique value of our media assets to local, regional, and global brands. Assist in developing and implementing the Hypermedia sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands. Demonstrate our competitive edge and smart positioning in the market, using impactful sales presentation and negotiation skills. Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities, providing insights that inform sales strategies. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client servicing. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing issues or concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, continuously updating knowledge to maintain a competitive edge. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system. Required Technical Skills Proven sales experience and residing in Abu Dhabi. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or digital signage industry. Experience in Digital Out of Home (OOH) advertising is advantageous. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent at managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Attention to detail in reports and stakeholder information. Problem-solving skills to analyze revenue and costs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
