The role will focus on enhancing non-systematic execution across global listed futures and options, while providing market insight and supporting alpha generation.This is a high-impact seat where execution is directly tied to strategy Pn L—ideal for a technically capable trader with strong sell-side relationships and a deep understanding of market structure.What You’ll Work On Lead trading execution of futures and options trades across global markets Source and negotiate block liquidity via RFQs and broker relationships Maintain strong communication lines with the sell-side—summarizing market color and trade axes Monitor funding spreads, implied dividends, and other structural pricing factors Collaborate with researchers and devs to enhance trade analytics and execution tools Expand the tradable universe, particularly across off-the-run or non-listed exposures Contribute to alpha retention by reducing slippage, improving hit ratios, and spotting execution alpha What They’re Looking For Minimum of 3–5+ years of experience in futures/options execution or delta one trading Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or STEM discipline Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple brokers, time zones, and flows Experience with Python, SQL, or Bloomberg API a plus (but not required)Market intuition and high attention to operational detail Uncompromising integrity and professionalism Why This Role Accelerates Your Trajectory Work alongside a globally respected systematic PM team on a well-capitalized platform Operate at the intersection of strategy and execution with real-time alpha impact Gain mentorship and exposure to best in class strategies, paving a way to Sub PM and PM gro Be based in a rapidly growing financial hub with global market access At Onyx Alpha Partners, we connect elite talent with high-conviction investment platforms.
