Focused on creating exceptional properties that meet evolving market demands.Responsibilities Strategic Procurement Leadership - Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and high-quality sourcing of materials, services, and goods across all projects.Supplier & Contract Management - Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and secure favorable contract terms while ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.Team Leadership & Development - Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing procurement team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.Operational Efficiency & Risk Management - Streamline procurement processes, optimize inventory levels, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.Financial & Performance Oversight - Collaborate with finance and project teams to manage budgets, conduct cost-saving analyses, and provide insights and reports to senior management.A successful candidate is a strategic and results-driven procurement leader with extensive experience in sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations within the real estate industry. They possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to optimize procurement operations and drive cost efficiencies.Minimum Requirements Education & Certification - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or CIPS certification preferred.Industry Experience - At least 10 years of procurement experience in the real estate sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Technical & Analytical Skills - Strong negotiation, contract management, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in procurement software and industry regulations.Leadership & Communication - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team while effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
