We are looking for a Female Customer Service Executive with a Healthcare background to join our team at the Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre.This position is responsible for handling customer service desk duties, delivering a high standard of patient care and services to all customers. Your role will include key responsibilities such as: Demonstrating commitment to Customer Satisfaction.Providing excellent communication, problem-solving, and professional phone etiquette skills for achieving customer satisfaction.Handling customer complaints on the spot concerning customer service and sharing the information with other departments if necessary.Ensuring that customer calls are handled and answered in a timely and accurate manner.Maintaining in-depth working knowledge of the company’s brands, systems, and processes.Maintaining communication with customers via emails and phone calls.Preparing documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purposes.Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by the Manager to aid the smooth running of the DHTC.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you female with a Healthcare background?Please confirm that the advertised package of AED 4,000 is meeting your expectations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
