Job Description GI is looking for an Inside Sales and Procurement Associate. The candidate will be an integral part of our closely-knit team and will be responsible for all sourcing and purchasing of equipment and products for the company across the world.Key Responsibilities Analyse technical data and specifications of the equipment and supplies requirements.Analyse all suppliers to select the most suitable ones who can deliver high-quality products at competitive pricing.Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies and supplier preferencing studies.Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries of final products.Develop, implement, and drive procurement strategies to meet cost savings targets.Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.Coordinate with vendors on continuous quality improvement.Required Skills and Attributes Able to analyse technical documents and specifications to understand critical requirements.High-level verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with office software, specifically Microsoft Excel or similar programs.Ability to negotiate commercial terms and manage the supply chain to the customer.This job role requires close coordination with our offices in India and the United States; communication skills are an integral part.Preferred Qualifications BBA / MBA / Degree in logistics or supply chain management / BBM.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical fields, capable of understanding customer’s technical requirements.Preferred 1 year of relevant experience as a Sales and Purchase Coordinator.Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
