Direct message the job poster from Coin WTax & Compliance Specialist (Based in Dubai)Reports To: Head of Finance / Head of Legal & Compliance Responsibilities: UAE & International Tax Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance with UAE (especially Dubai) corporate tax and VAT regulations, while supporting global operations;U.S. Tax Oversight: Provide analysis and compliance support related to U.S. tax issues, including FATCA, IRS reporting (e.g., 1099, 8949), and crypto-related regulatory developments;Policy Implementation: Establish and maintain internal tax and compliance SOPs to support scalable and sustainable business growth;Global Regulatory Monitoring: Track changes in tax and crypto compliance laws in key markets (U.S., EU, Singapore, etc.), prepare internal policy briefs and impact analysis;Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, product, and business teams to identify tax risks and compliance opportunities during new product or market launches;Audit & Authority Coordination: Handle inquiries from tax authorities and external auditors, including documentation preparation and formal responses.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Taxation, Accounting, Law, or related field;3+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. tax, international tax, or UAE corporate tax compliance; Big 4 or crypto/fintech background is a strong plus;Familiarity with areas such as U.S. crypto taxation & filings (e.g., IRS forms 8949, 1099, FATCA), global tax structuring (e.g., CFC rules, transfer pricing), UAE Corporate Tax & VAT regime;Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong written communication skills in both languages;Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment;CPA, ACCA, EA, CTIM or equivalent certifications are a plus.What We Offer: Competitive Dubai-based salary + annual performance bonus Key role in a fast-scaling global Web3 company Multicultural, crypto-native working environment Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available (if needed)Additional Details: Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Training #J-18808-Ljbffr
