We’re seeking someone with a sales-minded approach, excellent customer service skills, and a positive, energetic attitude for our next fitness sales associate. You should be enthusiastic about physical fitness and flourish in a setting that challenges you to go beyond individual and group objectives. In addition to having at least a year of sales experience, our ideal applicant has a solid grasp of how to find leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member recommendations. Apply right away if you're a team player and eager for a rewarding sales position in the fitness sector.Responsibilities & Qualifications Can speak in Arabic and English Provide exceptional customer service experience to all members, non-members and users of the facility.Articulates and implements the organization’s strategy for selling products or services.Develops forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability.Leading, monitoring, motivating and inspiring the team; providing guidance and support.Handling telephone enquiries, recording messages from incoming calls and transferring calls.Recording and keeping clear and accurate records of all queries, complaints, lost property and repairs and ensuring the information is delegated to, and resolved by, the relevant department.Experience Required Must possess strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.Computer and System literate.Must be solution-oriented.Must be a self-starter and hold strong organizational skills.2-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role is highly desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
