Posted on 05/20/2025KN International is seeking a Wet Services Engineer with strong experience inconstruction supervision of wet utility systems including water supply,sewerage, stormwater, and irrigation networks. The successful candidate will besite-based and responsible for overseeing the execution of wet services works,ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, authorityrequirements, and quality standards. This role is essential to monitorprogress, manage inspections, and coordinate between the contractor, client,and design office during construction.Key Responsibilities Supervise siteactivities related to wet utilities installation, including water, wastewater,irrigation, and stormwater systems.Review and verify shopdrawings, method statements, material submittals, and ensure compliance withproject specifications.Conduct siteinspections, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to approved IFC drawings.Coordinate with thecontractor, client representatives, and authorities to resolve technical andconstruction-related issues.Ensure all wet servicesworks comply with local authority standards and approvals (e.g., ADM, ADDC,ADSSC, DPM).Assist in testing andcommissioning of wet utilities and prepare snag lists and handoverdocumentation.Monitor contractorperformance and provide feedback on quality, safety, and adherence totimelines.Maintain accurate siterecords, inspection reports, and daily progress logs.Identify any deviationsor non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to the Resident Engineer.Attend coordinationmeetings, technical reviews, and provide updates on site progress.Verify quantitieson-site, review contractor interim payment applications, and assist invariation assessments.Support health, safety,and environmental compliance related to wet infrastructure construction.Required Qualifications &Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.8–10 years ofexperience in site supervision of wet infrastructure projects, preferably inthe UAE.In-depth knowledge ofwater, sewer, irrigation, and stormwater systems installation methods.Familiarity with UAEauthority standards (ADSSC, ADDC, ADM, etc.) and site approval procedures.Experience withconstruction inspection procedures, material testing, and HSE protocols.Strong understanding oftechnical specifications, contract documents, and quality assurance.Excellent communicationand coordination skills in a multidisciplinary site environment.Willingness to besite-based at Delma Island, Western Region is mandatory.Why Join Us?At KN International, we deliver forward-thinking infrastructure solutions thatshape the UAE's future.
