Value Recovery Data Analyst

Job Description Amazon Worldwide Operations is the core fulfillment and customer service engine that ensures Amazon delivers a consistent, world-class customer experience. We are seeking high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals to join our Ro W Value Recovery team. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and business acumen. The candidate should value our customers (both internal and external) and work from the customer backward to create structured processes for global expansion of work authorization, as well as integrate new countries and acquisitions into existing programs. The role involves partnering with operations and business leaders to drive key business decisions.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards for analyzing requirements, metrics, and reporting.Collaborate with operations and business teams to develop and implement KPIs, automated reports, and process improvements.Aggregate data from multiple sources to support effective decision-making.Present business requirements and progress updates to senior management.Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.Design and maintain automated, user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.Basic Qualifications Basic operations knowledge through experience or coursework.High proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience in operations functions.Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to own issues and follow through.Additional Information Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
