Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing exceptional service. Qualifications include a deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management, as well as the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a team.
