This is a key role that involves close collaboration with both our technical and creative teams, offering the opportunity to contribute to some of the world’s most complex and large-scale wayfinding projects. As our global business continues to grow rapidly, no two days will be the same! This role offers exciting opportunities to apply your technical expertise, unleash your creativity, and see your work come to life.Key Responsibilities: Provide strong technical support for architectural, landscape, signage, and interior projects, with a focus on detailing and documentation.Collaborate with design teams, architects, and engineers to develop technical design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary goals.Produce detailed technical drawings using CAD software (Auto CAD proficiency required).Demonstrate proficient knowledge and application of Revit (a must for this role).Coordinate and collaborate with client teams on BIM protocols and procedures, and confidently present solutions.Apply a deep understanding of signage construction methods, materials, and engineering for complex signage systems and structures.Bring strong knowledge of product design, materials, and specifications.Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications and construction details, for production and implementation teams.Follow and contribute to internal workflows and systems to ensure high-quality project delivery.Communicate effectively and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in technical design with a strong portfolio in signage, architecture, or interiors.Proficiency in Auto CAD and Revit is essential.Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.A proactive mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer: Competitive salary, recognizing the dedication you invest.Visa and health insurance coverage to ensure that you are taken care of.We understand the importance of staying connected with your loved ones, that’s why we offer a flight ticket to your home country.Joining LIMAH means becoming part of a vibrant and supportive community.
