Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Electrical)Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works from drawings and specifications.Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to understand scope and cost requirements.Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per project drawings and specifications.Conduct rate analysis and assist in preparing cost breakdowns.Participate in tender submissions, including pricing and documentation.Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors for pricing and technical clarifications.Monitor project budgets and cost control measures during execution.Evaluate and certify subcontractor payments and variations.Assist in preparing monthly project valuations and cost reports.Desired Candidate Profile We are seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor cum Estimator to join our team in the UAE.
