Description
Job Responsibilities Greet and receive patients and their escorts.Attend to patients approaching the front desk for check-in and check-out, inquiries, and related matters in line with organizational policies.Answer patients’ queries regarding services and medical insurance procedures, including approvals, follow-ups, rejections, and payments.Ensure that patients are accommodated without delay.Make patients comfortable while they are waiting.Prepare and process medical insurance claim forms.Schedule appointments for patients, including confirmation and cancellations.Experience At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales within the healthcare industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
