Procurement Manager (Arabic Native Speaker)Job Location: Abu Dhabi Supervise and lead the Procurement Department. The Procurement Manager’s main priorities will be strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors to acquire the most economical deals and reduce procurement expenses. Should be a supply chain and logistics expert specializing in implementing cost-effective deployment of all goods and services as required by the company, ensuring quality control and adherence to the company’s policies and procedures on supply chain management.Responsibilities: Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.Preparing procurement reports for top management.Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: Master's or Bachelor’s degree related to areas such as Business, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Purchasing & Procurement.Certified Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)Minimum 10 to 15 years of proven purchasing experience in the UAE related to the hospitality industry or experience in an integrated Private or Semi-Private Resort and Country Club or Sports Club with both Membership and Public access in a similar role.Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer, or Head of Procurement managing supply chain operations.Bilingual in Arabic & English; Male is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
