Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B)Company: Lambda Accounting and Auditing (Sister concern of YABS)Location: Dubai Investment Park Salary Range: 4000 to 5000 AED per month About Lambda Accounting and Auditing: Lambda Accounting and Auditing is a leading provider of comprehensive accounting, auditing, and financial consulting services. We are dedicated to helping businesses in the UAE achieve financial clarity and success. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our growth in the B2B sector.Job Description: Position Overview: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets that are 3-4 times their basic pay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales or marketing within the UAE and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential B2B clients in the UAE market.Conduct research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Present and promote Lambda’s accounting and auditing services to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets of 3-4 times the basic pay.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries promptly.Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify new opportunities and ensure satisfaction.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client needs.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and client feedback.Use CRM software to manage and track sales activities and client interactions.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing in the UAE is mandatory. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
