The successful candidate will have an analytical mind and have an excellent ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly. You exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness and possess excellent communication skills.Duties and Responsibilities Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks and reports Assist with management of accounting/bookkeeping processes for clients Identify and automate core accounting processes for efficiency and to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting Work with client’s existing accounting software or assist with the implementation of a new accounting software platform Produce accurate and factual reporting to show client’s overall financial health of the business over the accounting period Reporting responsibilities include but are not limited to A/P & A/R, P&L, banking, balance sheets, inventory, resource usage, cash flow, business performance etc.Assist Sr. Accountant in financial management accounting and reporting procedures to support client’s strategic business planning and forecasted growth Leverage technology for improved customer efficiency and to drive customer experience enhancements May support account reconciliations and other bookkeeping services, as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field2+ years of accounting experience Strong financial analysis skills and thorough knowledge of accounting procedures Highly analytical and extreme attention to detail required Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.High aptitude and excellent independent judgement Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and to work with a team Proficient use of applicable technology and ability to learn new software platforms Strong business acumen Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
