Job Title: Water Feature Specialist Location: Al Forsan Department: Maintenance/Facilities Management Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Water Feature Specialist at Al Forsan will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of water features, including fountains, pools, waterfalls, and other aquatic systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that all water features function efficiently, meet safety standards, and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property.Key Responsibilities: Installation & Setup: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new water features, including pumps, filtration systems, lighting, and control mechanisms.Ensure proper alignment, plumbing, and electrical connections for optimal performance.Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on water features to ensure smooth operation.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to pumps, filters, nozzles, and pipelines.Clean and treat water to prevent algae growth, scaling, and contamination.Operations & Monitoring: Monitor water quality, chemical levels, and system performance daily.Adjust flow rates, lighting, and other settings for visual and operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Aesthetic & Functional Upkeep: Maintain the visual appeal of water features by cleaning surfaces, removing debris, and ensuring proper lighting.Coordinate with landscaping and facilities teams to integrate water features with surrounding environments.Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and water quality tests.Report major malfunctions or required upgrades to management.Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in water feature maintenance, pool operations, or a related field.Knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, filtration, and water treatment chemicals.Technical Skills: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, and basic mechanical repairs.Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.Certifications (Preferred): Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or similar certification.Knowledge of local safety and environmental regulations.Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Capable of lifting heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and working in confined spaces.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Hotels Hospitality Department / Functional Area Maintenance Operations Keywords Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
