Retail Partnership Manager Department: Global Retail Partnerships Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Dubai Description At Reward, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. We are expanding that team and looking for an experienced Retail Partnership Manager reporting to the Director of Retail, Partnership & Sales to play an integral role in our talented, driven and commercially focussed team.If you are excited by pitching and winning big ticket clients with a demonstrable success in a similar position and you crave an environment where challenge and autonomy go hand in hand - then look no further.You should be confident in your abilities to secure new business revenue, delivering strategic campaigns to drive profitable growth for our partners and are always searching for that next win. Ultimately, you must be a passionate and outgoing individual, commercially driven and excited by the opportunity to work within a high performing team.Key Responsibilities Represent Reward’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects to achieve revenue targets Hones and delivers a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, to secure their engagement Detail pricing and negotiate costs when necessary Facilitate successful sales by collecting client information and requirements Identify best practices to refine the company’s sales process Works to maximise sales and meet targets in the short and long term Skills Knowledge and Expertise3+ years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets Strong communication skills via phone and email Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization Proficiency with CRM software Benefits Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays and increasing by one day a year to 30 days Company holiday: 3 additional days off between Christmas & New Years Ability to buy and sell holiday days as well as the ability to bank days (tenure dependant) Private Medical Insurance DIFC Workplace savings plan Sabbatical Policy (tenure dependant) Flexible working options – we are operating a hybrid working model (to be agreed with your manager) Cashback/discount shopping site (Perks at Work) Company events i.e. Seasonal party, all-company event and other social/hosted events during the year (we have an active social committee!)
