Committed to innovation and delivering exceptional products to their customers.Develop and execute a comprehensive DTC growth strategy across all online platforms, including websites and marketplaces.Drive digital customer engagement through the strategic application of AI, personalisation, and data-driven insights.Design and implement integrated, performance-focused digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with relevant teams.Lead cross-functional collaborations to ensure seamless and scalable e-commerce operations across the organisation.Identify and implement emerging digital technologies and strategic partnerships to enhance online capabilities.Own and optimise the end-to-end digital sales funnel, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and fostering customer loyalty.Significant experience (8-10 years) in e-commerce, digital sales, or direct-to-consumer roles, ideally within the FMCG, retail, or technology sectors.Proficiency in CRM systems, performance marketing, and data analytics tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).Deep understanding of the digital landscape and the broader e-commerce ecosystem.Proven experience in leveraging AI-driven tools and automation within digital marketing and e-commerce environments.A demonstrable history of successfully driving DTC growth and achieving significant digital sales results.Strong ability to design and execute impactful digital strategies across various online channels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
