Job Title: Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) Specialist Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field (CHEMIST) Nationality: Filipino Vacancy: 1 Job Description Quality Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and industry best practices. Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards. Oversee quality control processes, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing. Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions to resolve quality issues promptly. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to maintain product quality and consistency. Health and Safety Management: Develop and enforce health and safety policies in line with regulations. Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses, implementing preventive measures. Lead safety training programs for employees. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Environmental Management: Implement and manage the Environmental Management System (EMS) per ISO 14001 or similar standards. Monitor environmental impacts such as waste, water, and energy use. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Lead initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint. Compliance and Certification: Ensure compliance with industry standards like FDA and GMP. Manage external audits and inspections. Maintain and renew relevant certifications. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve product quality, safety, and environmental performance. Collaborate across teams to implement process improvements. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of QHSE activities. Prepare reports on performance for management.
