Our client is a dynamic organization partnering with top local and global institutions to deliver impactful projects that enhance the UAE's social, cultural, and educational landscape.Strategic Communications Strategy and Management Develops and oversees the Corporate Communications Strategy and the delivery of all external communication functions.Leads the Strategic Communications vertical for the group and its related portfolio of assets and projects.Builds and maintains relationships with key assets and projects and supports all external communications activities as required.Content Development Responsible for leadership positioning and content development for senior leaders, including the preparation for monthly board meetings.Executes content development needs, reviews, and edits external content such as public domain reports, speeches, press releases, and articles.Media Management Oversees media engagement activities, including planning, interviews, press conferences, and coverage reports.Manages social media and digital content for corporate and project-related purposes.Conducts daily media monitoring and alerts leadership to potential reputational issues.Agency Management Develops and manages contracts with agencies involved in advisory, public relations, media monitoring, social media, and website maintenance.Crisis Communication Management Leads issues and crisis communications, developing crisis manuals and holding statements as needed.Minimum Requirements: Minimum 15 years of experience in strategic communication, public relations, or corporate communications.Proven experience as an in-house or external consultant in communications/public relations.Experience engaging with stakeholders at the senior government or ministerial level.Experience in programme management, communications, and public relations.Knowledge of the UAE government landscape.Strong background in project management, including scoping, planning, implementation, and quality control.Ability to mentor team members and provide constructive feedback.Ability to propose and present solutions to senior management.Quick understanding of new concepts across various fields such as education and government policy.Understanding of the local and regional geopolitical context and ability to learn quickly across different fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr
