Project Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out Projects)Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor with a BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE fit-out projects, managing costs, and ensuring the financial success of projects.Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for fit-out projects.Measure and quantify materials, labor, and resources for project requirements.Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project adherence to budget and scope.Review and negotiate contracts and tender documents.Monitor project costs and ensure timely and accurate billing.Assist with procurement and ensure the accurate management of project financials.Qualifications: BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects.Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and procurement processes.Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
