In this role, you’ll coordinate the movement of people, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless on-site operations on a fast-paced, high-tech build. Who We Are ALEC Holdings L.L.C - S.O. About Your Team You will be a key member of the commercial team supporting cost control, contract administration, and value engineering. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and commercially driven, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate reporting, cost tracking, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Your Role Mark levels for slabs and columns, checking before concrete pouring. Check dimensions, report mistakes, and keep records. Take as-built levels for slabs, floors, and screed concrete, then submit to surveying draftsman and keep copies. Measure distances between grid lines and columns. Mark grid line points with spray, including elevation, station, and other identifiers. Maintain and clean survey equipment periodically. Monitor benchmark points at site, ensuring consistency. What We Are Looking For Essential Skills Ability to check level instrument accuracy. Ability to read and understand survey drawings. Effective communication with engineering teams on site. Qualifications and Experience One year or nine months of a Surveying Diploma with one year of experience, or four years as a Chainman in ALEC after passing the exam. National Diploma in Building Surveying preferred. Other Requirements Align conduct with ALEC’s Purpose, Vision & Values. Compliance with all ALEC Policies, Procedures, and Code of Conduct.
