Case Processing Officer / Visa Officer
Description
Process visas for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.Manage client documentation file records and update the respective authority about the status of pending documents.Data management.Assist and coordinate with the sales team regarding updates on their clients.Basic knowledge of financial and accounting.Review and verify client documentation for completeness and accuracy.Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and provide assistance.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canvas for creating and managing documents.Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.Continuously update knowledge of visa regulations and industry best practices.Requirements: Experience in managing files and documents.Experience in client handling.Professionalism and an outgoing personality.Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Key Skills/Experience: Qualifications: Education level - Must have completed graduation (preferably B.COM/MBA). Specific skills: Excellent communication, preferably in Hindi and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canvas for creating and managing documents.Personal Characteristics: Committed and reliable are key to this role.Well-presented and portrays the company in a professional manner.Excellent telephone manner.Understands the meaning of good customer service.Keen to learn new skills within the team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
