Job Description5+ years of experience.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.Design and implement solutions based on the identified business needs.Customize and configure applications to align with organizational workflows.Provide expertise in integrating Open Text products with other enterprise systems and applications.Conduct system assessments and troubleshoot any issues related to the implemented solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the solutions into existing business processes.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the product functionalities.Stay informed about the latest updates and developments to recommend enhancements and improvements.Work actively with Digital Services delivery Team, Project Managers, customers, and third-party resources to obtain commitment to complete projects on schedule.Collaborate with other Production, Services, and Office specialists/managers to support the execution of the project and achieve acceptable customer satisfaction, profitable revenue, and productive teamwork.Comply and work towards achieving project plan as per the project management and project assurance tasks and generate accurate reports.Work efficiently and productively towards exceeding company, team, and individual targets.Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Relevant certifications in Open Text products will be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
