Skills And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development or IT projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or similar. Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
