Human by nature.Senior Pricing Analyst at Givaudan – Your future position Are you ready for a new challenge? Join our Pricing team as Senior Pricing Analyst (Fragrances Division), based in Dubai, UAE. You will support the high-growth territory of Middle East & Africa. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities, high visibility, and the chance to grow within our organization. Using your strategic ability and business understanding, you will help the sub-region achieve profitable growth and meet our business targets.Sounds interesting? It could be your perfect opportunity if you aim to exceed customer needs and deliver value.In this role, you will: Price Setting and Maintenance: Manage ongoing pricing activities, compute prices, cost targets, and margins of fragrance products; maintain pricelists; oversee the price maintenance process; coordinate pricing for main customers; support price negotiations; ensure compliance with pricing guidelines.Business Partnering – monitoring, protecting, and improving gross margin: Monitor sales and margin targets; lead gross margin analysis; address product cost issues with relevant departments; manage price adjustments; support customer agreements; ensure procedural compliance.Support Global Systems & Processes: Participate in system design and enhancements; support execution of global/regional pricing tools and systems.About you: University degree in Business, Finance, or relevant fields; Chartered or Cost Accountants preferred.Minimum 7+ years in core pricing/business controlling, preferably in Flavour & Fragrance, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industries.Strong process and project management skills.Confident numerical skills.Excellent communication skills, especially in pricing negotiations.Proficiency with IT systems, Excel, SAP, or relevant ERP systems.Our benefits include: Opportunities for learning and development.Inspiring team environment.Life and health insurance.At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch lives.
